  Consistently poor service or long food to table times. Sadly I have had multiple issues with the food to the point I am shocked.
  
  In the last trip they completely burnt one side of the steak to a flat black crisp but they served it regardless. The burnt side was flipped down and covered with mash potatoes.
  
  That isn't the only issue, it's not all Applebee's seemingly it is just this one. I have had no problems anywhere else. This is my first and only low star review but it is overdue and much needed.

  Terrible service - walked in and was stared at by the host and server for almost five full seconds before being offered a table (the server, by the way, was slumped over and laying with her head down on the host stand). We were taken to a dirty table and were not greeted by any server for over 10 minutes. Went to a different location nearby and immediately received better service. I will not be returning and will recommend that others steer clear of the New Berlin location.

  The waitress Kayla was very attentive and informational. This was my first visit but I will be back. Food was great.
