  I look forward to my stop everyday on the way to work; however, the wait in the drive through is almost always at least 10 to 15 minutes from the menu to the window. Obviously the AM is busy, but if I wait that long and then when I get my dark roast it's cold, it's a pretty big let down and makes me reconsider my stop before work.

  The whole staff was changed a couple of months ago and it has been TERRIBLE since then. I have taken my kids here every weekend for years. But after several bad visits I have chosen to drive right past this store to the location on hwy 100/national. 5 minutes of waiting at the register and wasn't even acknowledged, I walked out. 20 minute wait for food, my kid finished 3 donuts before I even got my food. This morning I was short on time and thought I'd try this place one more time. Nope, there were over 15 empty trays of donuts. Again, I walked out and went to the hwy 100 location. It's more convenient for me to drive 10 minutes further down the road. Although, my 4 year old doesn't quite understand why we pass Dunkin' Donuts on the way to Dunkin' Donuts. Bring back the spikey blond hair gal that used to manage this location....things ran so much smoother.

  Quick service and polite staff but the donuts always seem dry to me at this location no matter what time of day I go there.
