  I want to give zero stars. Terrible!!!! Slowest drive thru EVER! Then after waiting 10 minutes, they mess up your order, so you have to go back and sit another 10 minutes to wait for the food you should have gotten 20 minutes ago.

  my experience at the new berlin mcdonald was unfortunately awful. Slow drive through, angry employees and worst of all; the shake machine was broken. I was overly excited to get a shamrock shake, specifically on st patrick's day but then to learn about the st pattys nightmare. My mood dropped down to the ground, unable to speak or communicate. my legs wobbled and I was starving. i was forced to settle on a shamrock mocha, which lacked flavor and happiness. never again will i attend new berlin mcodnalds

  Absolutely terrible
  
  Never going back to the new Berlin McDonalds, my children were so excited to go to mcdonalds on st Patrick's day to get a shamrock shake to take to school. We woke up bright and early before the sun rise and headed out for mcdonalds. Then once we got there we asked for our shamrock shake and the response was horrifying. Their shake machine was broken ON ST PATRICKS DAY!!!! now my high school and middle school children are in the back seat in tears because they couldn't get their beloved shamrock shake that they were willing to pay for with their hard earned money. Heart broken, we left the drive through in despair without our beloved shamrock shakes.
